Down here, all the manual transmission coupes come with 19" wheels. They are an option on the automatic transmission cars.I have an early 2008 G37S couple with the Premium and Navigation packages. I ordered it in August 2007 and picked it up in November. It is now 27 months old with 20k miles.
The only problem has been a brief buzz in the instrument cluster when I hit a sharp bump. The dealer's technician cured it, for no charge during an oil change, by lubricating the mounting point for the cluster. There was also a factory recall to fix a potential problem with the passenger's air bag.
Although they rarely occur, check this forum for posts about oil consumption and transmission problems. The things you most need to worry about are abuse and/or neglect by a previous owner.
Also be aware that there aren't many choices for 19" tires. There are many choices for the front size and many for the rear, but very few with the same brand and model for both ends. TireRack shows only two summer tires and one winter. All are Bridgestones. When I need to buy tires, I will probably get the cheaper of the Bridgestone summer tires.
Your price seems high but I don't know if that is due to Canadian taxes and/or differences in currency. I paid $42k US when nobody wanted to deal and it cost me another $3k for taxes and registration.
